Complaints and appeals
Tell us about a problem with Wotcha, report something that worries you, or ask us to look again at a ban. A real person reads every message, usually within a day.

What happens next
We look at the chat reports and automatic flags linked to the problem. Child safety concerns are always looked at first, and we report child abuse to the police. Ban appeals are decided by a person, never automatically. If you're still unhappy after our decision, you can complain to Ofcom, the UK's online safety regulator.
